Hey all, I just want to offer some advice on something. You have mood swings? Going through withdrawal? I've done a lot of that. I'm still doing that. Music has never been a more important part of my life. For some reason, it helps regulate my emotions. Like never before. It calms me down. Angry? Listen to Eminem or whatever. Down? Listen to some coldplay - you get it, right? Some people have given this tip in passing I think. Sort of like "Oh, yeah listen to music too". But it's not underscored. Try it out during the next withdrawal phase - I think you'll see what I'm saying.
