day 5, very short update

Doing prety well overall,

my mood is okay (have been counseling an alternative therapist lately), but horny as hell. That's just the withdrawal I think. Just be strong and don't give in. Just went out jogging and that always eases the cravings. My mood will go up and down for the coming period, I know that, withdrawal will be hard but I have no other choice.

HOCD flared up again these days but I can easily switch to another tought to distract me from anxiety. I've also been limiting my internet and smartphone time, all very addictive. I'm thinking about deleting my facebook. I just need to stop everything that gives me that artificial dopamine rush like news sites, app's, youtube, porn and facebook.
