9, 10. Relapse!

Just kidding. Fuck those. Anyway, I'm noticing improvements - socially and otherwise. I'm able to focus more, but I still feel like there's lots more to cover. The other night, I had a craving, so I thought "time to put the laptop down", and I did. Then I thought "well, i'll just mo to ward off the urge". And then I thought "Ok, but I'll just give it 10 mins".

Never PMO'D. I got tired and fell asleep. I had weird dreams, thoughts, and feelings during the night, but nothing too bad.




chugging. Get some days under your...um...belt before you go experimenting with MO. Cold water will help the cravings even better.wink
