Ok guys, so I thought I would share something with you.
I've done some research and read abstracts from scientific studies involving a couple different herbal supplements and ED.
I'm testing these out to see how they work. One is a long-term process, consisting of taking 1500 to 3000 mg of Maca Root for 8+ weeks. I should see results at 8 weeks and continue to see them. The results of the study concluded that it did have a positive effect.
The other involves temporary (as in pre-performance) administering of 6 g of L-Arginine glutamate and 6 g of Yohimbe two hours before performance. The results of this study also indicated helping with mild to moderate ED.
I'm taking Maca now, and am adjusting my dosage since finding the scientific articles. I have some yohimbe on order and am going to test it in conjunction with the yohimbe and see if I find anything worth reporting.
