it seems like everytime i try to get horny, i have to go to the bathroom while i still don't get an errection or barely get horny. im changing tho starting right now, im quitting porn forever. ive been looking at it since i was 12. it all came crashing down when i was 18. im 19 now by the way. i had problems getting hard just fantasizing. i just thought it was all in my head, so i tried fucking this girl. she was naked right in front of me and i didnt even feel anything, so embarrasing. then about 3 months later i tried again with another girl, she was soo good and i couldnt even get hard or feel anything. so embarassing. i kept saying how it couldnt be from porn. so i decided to give it a try about a few weeks ago,i went a whole week without PMO. i felt great, i even came close to getting a boner just looking at these girls doing yoga in my class. when i was talking to a girl, i started to feel aroused. but then i fell right back into the trap, back to porn. and i still didnt feel it when looking at porn, its just so addictive. so now im calling it quits.

Can i still fantasize??

Does anyone have the problem frequent urinating when not being able to get an errection?

The subconscious brain sees fantasy and porn the same way. If you want to become interested and functioning great with real girls you need to cut all that out as best you can for awhile.

Don't try to get horny. Just go with the flow if you can. Really work on no PMO, absolutely, and don't pay attention to fantasy thoughts. This link has some good ways to do that:

I'm sure the frequent urination problem will resolve but if it doesn't you might want to ask your doctor to check things out. Meanwhile you might want to try kegel exercises. Although this page discusses them for other reasons, I found they helped me with this exact problem when I was younger:

thanks guys, im in the best shape of my life, i have a ripped upperbody and legs, i play tennis 6 days a week and hit the gym 3 or 4 days a week.. so on that part im good, this is honestly the first day i havent really thought about sex in years! god it actually feels good and i barely had to go to the bathroom.

I agree with all the above comments regarding fantasy and porn. As far as the physical aspects you are experiencing, though I am nowhere near an expert, I can relay to you my personal experience because it sounds vaguely familiar to something that I went through when I first started the reboot. This was actually before I knew about this site and I had been reading some material on how, according to many eastern doctrines, masturbation, especially frequent masturbation, is bad for your health. I started tapering off of masturbation, which I was used to doing no less than twice a day, sometimes upwards of 10 times. During this time, I developed many urinary/prostate/testicular issues which included frequent urination. I was very worried. I am not saying to not see a urologist or at least your doctor, but I will say that I didn't. I am convinced that my issues were intimately connected to me weaning myself off of years and years of overmasturbation to porn and over-the-top fantasy. All of the symptoms passed in time. This info may be neither here or there for you - just do with it what you will. Anyhow, best of luck with no PMO it will be well worth it. That I can assure you!

what is very helpful is to visualize yourself in the act of doing something. But visualizing your goal as already reached actually lowers your motivation and decreases the chances you will reach your goal.

Visualize the PROCESS of practicing to reach your goal if you want to -- but do not visualize yourself as having reached your goal. That is what many current studies reveal about visualization.

Turning to women, it's okay and probably quite beneficial to visualize the process of asking many different women for their phone numbers. Then your subconscious gets used to your asking women and when you actually get out somewhere and there is a pretty girl you have "already" asked so many girls for their number that it's easier to kick into gear and ask this real girl.

But visualizing yourself winning the girl and taking her to bed -- that is not helpful.

seeing improvement

im half way into my second day and im already seeing results. i've obviously havent looked at any porn, no images online, deleted my facebook, and when i see an image of a girl online, i dont even look it at and sometimes cover it with my hand. ive minimized my fantasy tremendously but i can feel my dick really coming alive. i was talking to this girl today and she was tellin me how she used to be 40 more lbs, she unzipped her jacket so u could see her bra, and i got a little hard. so im still in this process, im tryin to go a full two months without p/m/o. I can do this guys, i want to be ready for the summer.

I'm not sure if 1.5days can have any real effect? Perhaps you aren't as bad off as you first thought which is great news for you. This could be a short recovery.

I'm 21 days in and have some SERIOUS temptations to PMO. I just watched porn clip, but stopped myself doing anything. I'm not going this far just to cave in for 10minutes. I'm guessing I'll have to put up with this until I flatline.

frequent urination

For what it's worth, I had urinary issues about week 5 or 6 of my reboot. I think my body realized I wasn't going to ejaculate anymore and all the weakness in that organ manifested itself. Basically, all of a sudden, I started having the urgent need to urinate frequently. Like, I would be sitting there, and suddenly I would have a rush of urine down the shaft that I would have to stop really quickly and go pee. Would happen every 20-30 minutes. I started doing kegels and it cleared up in a few days. Hasn't come back though I notice a similar issue, though much less in intensity when I drink/take too many supplements (though sometimes I think these instances have more to do with bladder irritation). Just my experience. Good luck with you reboot.
