I've been abstaining longer than I would have expected and been exercising frequently to help channel the energy. I am also considering Yoga as am exercise for gaining focus and balance and relieving stress. I have dabbled a little but am a big, inflexible, middle age guy who is intimidated. Down the road, this may be something I could do together with my spouse.

Any suggestions for getting started?

Maybe get a

"partner yoga" book or video? Gary and I stretch every evening.

I've done some yoga for years (more as a stretching exercise than a spiritual practice). The key is NOT to push yourself. You'll be amazed how fast your body limbers up, even if you can't do any of the positions "right" at first. Just let it happen bonding behaviors. Smile
