And then the sun came out,

My partner and I have just clicked over 2 and a half weeks practising the Peace Between the Sheets process, and have spent the past two days connected at the mouth and looking deeply into oneanothers eyes, like we were when we first met. The level of connection just keeps on surprising us, its so beautiful.
I also feel like my sexuality is having a kind of birthing process. Issues of abuse have resurfaced which Id done some therapy on in the past but I now feel I need to sort things out more extensively. It feels quite natural and healthy. My heart and soul seem to be demanding complete healing, which is amazing after so many years of pushing things against the grain.

We are still only up to exchange eight, its takeing us a while to get through. Lots of conflict at first and a very busy family life with little kids made it seem like we couldnt do the exchanges on a number of nights , but we have worked through that stage and are post orgasmic hangover now so its all much easier. The fact we are only up to exchange eight seems to fit in also with the intimacy issues that have arisen [ abuse ] its giving me the time I need .
Some questions- Do men seem to recover from the orgasm hangover a little quicker than women?
-How are other people going further on say a year or more down the track? What can we expect?
-Is there any more information about the process for people who are practising this approach regularly?

I would also like to say thankyou, this is life enriching stuff.[/i]

Well, I am not sure there is a fixed rule about this. My wife always seemed to recover quicker than me.

Evidence from testimonies shows that you can expect more healing, physically and emotionally :)

For the rest, we are all learning from each other's experiences. Even Marnia and Gary, whom I guess are among the most (if not the two most) experienced practitionners in this forum, would say that they are still learning a lot as they go along.

Please keep posting about your experiences so that people coming after you can learn from you, too.

The thanks go to Marnia.
