Hi all ^_^

So since my 15day Withdrawal i managed to tackle, i binged for couple days and started over and got to 10days and binged again and got back again with 7day withdrawal and now i am binging. But i really felt a lot of improvement when i was withdrawing. So ill be posting in this thread every 24 hours with updates on my status so i can keep track of. And also get all the support from this great site. Ever since i got into this site i was just getting better and better. And now i think is the time to end it for good.

If you felt improvement...

Then it must have been improvement. This site certainly helped me get over the hump. Porn free for two months and I never would have imagined going this long. Mb'ing...still under control. Good luck keep coming back.

Thanks for your support. And yea i will be coming back here more frequently.

It's a real challenge

to turn that first corner, so be pleased with your progress, whatever it is. And keep chugging.

Remember...all orgasms are not necessarily the same. Porn makes them more intense...and the hangover more challenging for many brains. So during rebooting, "Masturbate if you must, but skip the porn." Smile Just remind yourself that if you can't get off with good old sensual touch...you don't "need" to ejaculate, no matter what your limbic system screams at you.

Keep us posted on your progress. And do what you can to increase friendly interaction in your life.

Good luck to you

Just remember that eventually, orgasm will be part of your life, so the key is to actually change your life so you have other ways to feel good. Experiment with as many (balancing) aids as possible while you're rebooting. Let us know what helps.

I noticed that on my first 2 weeks, Ill be craving sweets and smoking and ill have a bad eating habit. But starting after that, Ill be eating much healthier and less cravings for sweets.

Fascinating

We've noticed a two-week subtle cycle, too. So have others. And it has been seen in humanity's distant cousins, rodents. So it's good to be mindful of that, and optimistic that some aspects of recovery get easier after that first two weeks.

.

Well it's Day 5 now, The urge is mild and i think ill be able to make it week 1. Challenge starts after week 1 for me. But i'm not planning to stop. :D

.

I'm doing great so far .. Almost 1 week now. But what i am worried about is the excessive masturbating symptoms : back pain, fatigue, muscle stiffness and among other things, can these symptoms be cured with exercising and balanced diet or is it PERMANENT ?! T_T!
Especially if you notice anything that eases the cravings...aside from the "instant cure" your limbic brain is proposing. ;-)
I started eating balanced diets and jogging for 20 minutes. It helped me ease the cravings A LOT !!

Yeah, food and exercise

are often mentioned here as being helpful in the return to balance.

Sorry you're hurting. Hope the other symptoms ease. It takes time to return to balance. Two of the most noticeable turning points seem to be two weeks and six weeks, so see what you notice then.

*big hug*

Actually the other thing I

Actually the other thing I realized after my recent relapse is that I really don't like that feeling of "binging," letting go & being out of control. It was exhausting! AND it burned up so much time, that I could have used for some other activity...

I have had my share also, and I can tell you its just a relapse. Everyone makes mistakes when learning something new and even when we have been walking our whole lives, we still slip and fall down sometimes. Don't let it bother you - everyday is another day in a new direction whether you make a mistake or not. Now we know what we didn't know before and with that knowledge we are going to move forward. Besides, the relapses make you feel nasty any way - when we can, we skip them and one day they will be far and few in between or not at all!
