Morning Erections and how to induce them

Everybody always talks about how strong their erections are in the morning, and how morning wood is the hardest. I think it is obvious that when you wake up, your muscles are most relaxed. Has anybody tried taking 10 minute naps before each love-making sessions? I know that when I am sleeping, if I wake up multiple times in the night, I have nice erections each time I wake up, and then they slowly diminish as I go back to sleep.

I think every time you go to sleep, you induce a relaxation in the genital area. What do you all think about naps?
